Key Responsibilities
Delivery Leadership
Lead end-to-end delivery of Data, Analytics, and AI programs across enterprise clients
Ensure excellence in delivery governance, quality, timelines, budgets, and operational efficiency
Oversee Data Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML, Architecture, and PMO functions
Define and implement best practices across Azure Data Services, Databricks, and cloud ecosystems
Improve delivery predictability, scalability, and operational maturity across engagements
Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as the senior point of contact for key enterprise clients and CXO stakeholders
Build and maintain long-term strategic client relationships
Present delivery updates, transformation roadmaps, risks, and mitigation strategies
Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Talent, and Leadership teams for seamless execution
Pre-Sales & Business Growth
Support solutioning, RFP responses, effort estimation, and delivery planning
Contribute to creation of scalable Data & AI offerings and reusable frameworks
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Partner with leadership on GTM and consulting growth initiatives
Business Unit Ownership
Own key BU metrics including utilization, profitability, margins, and forecasting
Drive workforce planning, hiring strategy, and capability development
Ensure financial discipline and operational efficiency across delivery teams
Strategy & Innovation
Define and execute the Data & AI growth roadmap
Drive innovation across AI/ML, Generative AI, RAG solutions, automation, and advanced analytics
Build scalable delivery frameworks for long-term practice growth
