BI Credit Analyst – Fintech (Data & Analytics)

Role Summary

We are looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join a fast-growing fintech product organization building data-driven financial solutions across lending, credit scoring, and embedded finance ecosystems.

In this role, you will play a key part in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions, product improvements, and credit performance optimization.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams across product, operations, engineering, and data science to build dashboards, track KPIs, and support advanced analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track, analyze, and report key business and product performance metrics across credit and financial products
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems to support data-driven decision-making
  • Work closely with teams to improve data quality, data collection processes, and reporting efficiency
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders
  • Support product analytics and performance monitoring across multiple markets and initiatives
  • Collaborate with engineering and data teams to ensure accurate and scalable data pipelines
  • Participate in advanced analytics projects, including predictive analysis and forecasting
  • Use SQL and Python for deep data analysis and reporting automation
  • Identify trends in customer behavior, credit performance, and portfolio health
  • Continuously improve BI tools, frameworks, and reporting processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in Business Intelligence / Data Analytics roles
  • Strong hands-on experience in SQL and Python
  • Experience in building dashboards using BI tools (Power BI / Tableau / Looker or similar)
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret large and complex datasets
  • Ability to translate data into business insights and storytelling for stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and fast-paced environments

Good to Have

  • Experience in fintech, banking, lending, or credit analytics domains
  • Exposure to Databricks or cloud data platforms
  • Knowledge of predictive analytics or basic machine learning concepts
  • Certifications in BI tools or analytics platforms
