About the Role

Humaura Talent Consulting is expanding its network of independent recruitment partners. We are looking for Freelance Recruiters to join us on a commission-only, remote basis to support end-to-end hiring mandates across multiple industries.

This is a flexible opportunity for experienced recruiters who want to work independently, leverage their network, and earn based on successful placements.

What You Will Do

• Source and identify qualified candidates for open client requirements
• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments
• Match candidates to relevant job roles based on skills and experience
• Submit shortlisted profiles to the internal team for review
• Coordinate candidate interviews and follow-ups when required
• Maintain active communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Ensure timely delivery of quality candidates for assigned roles

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networks
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles
• Good communication and candidate engagement skills
• Access to an active candidate database or niche expertise is an advantage
• Self-driven individuals focused on performance and closures
